Sunday Exporing London

By Sydney Baker

If anyone wants to really get a feel for the city, I definitely recommend taking the hop on/hop off tour around the city. It takes you to all the major attractions and let's you get off wherever you are interested in exploring further on foot. Even though it was freezing, we sat on the top level of the bus. That is definitely a great place to see everything and get great pictures. We planned to take the whole tour around once, then go back around and get off on the places we liked. But this turned out not to be so great of a plan. Next time we all agreed to just get off right away at the places we wanted to explore more because it saves time.
We all still had a great time walking around the city and taking the river boat tour at the end of the day. It did snow, which made walking around a bit tougher for us to endure. But we enjoyed our time exploring the city and taking pictures of everything. The architecture is so amazing, so I took lots of pictures of the buidings around town. Big Ben Parliament and Westminister Abbey were by far my favorite. But there are still plenty more places to explore. I'm looking forward to the rest of the week!
